Maintenance and Replacement Guide
To keep the main brush performing optimally, follow these maintenance steps:
- Removal: Power off the robot and flip it over. Press and hold the two center clips on the main brush cover to remove the plate.
- Cleaning: Lift the main brush assembly out. Use the multi-function cleaning tool provided by Ecovacs to remove any debris from the brush and the brush cavity.
- Detangling Comb: The internal anti-tangle brush comb can also be removed and wiped down to prevent dust buildup.
- Re-installation: Place the cleaned brush back into the cavity, ensuring it is rotated correctly to align with the drive mechanism. Snap the cover back on until you hear a “click” and the blue sliders are flush.
